During Solo Visit you can travel to Vienna at any period of the year. You can choose the dates and we will organize the trip on the dates that are suitable for you. And you can organize your own plan – you can decide what you want to do and have your own program during your stay. From our side, we will do our best to help you to reach the goals of your trip. Do you want to find partners for your start-up or excising business?
We will analyze your project and try to find the organizations that might be suitable partners. We will use our network to find the right match for you.
Do you want to study in Vienna and look for the right university? We will have a look at your profile and advice on university programs that might suit you.
Are you looking for a job in Vienna or in Europe in general? We will analyze your education and experience and advice you on practical steps that you could take.

Dates and Price
1-week Individual Program
This is a solo visit. You can travel any period you choose. You can choose nearly any dates. However, if you choose the dates of holidays – around Christmas and New Year’s Eve or some other holidays – the fees might be slightly higher since accommodation during holiday periods can cost more.
You can email us and let us know which dates you would like to choose, and we will confirm it.

Admission Process
1. Please provide scanned copies of your passport.

2. Make an appointment for an official consultation and pay the service provider's recommended non-refundable charge.

The service provider will determine whether or not they are accepted into the program.

3. If Selected for the programme
Provide a formal English translation of all relevant documents.
The required documents certified by Sri Lanka's Ministry of Foreign Affairs' consular branch
4. An interview conducted online with a Dutch hosting partner
If the interview goes well, you'll be formally chosen for the program.
